JOIN OUR TEAM
We’re looking for an awesome performance- based Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our team in Columbia, Maryland!
Welcome to Lane 4 PT and Performance.
Our mission is help swimmers and endurance athletes get out of pain and perform at their best.
A Note From Alex
I started Lane 4 PT because swimmers, runners, and triathletes deserve better care than they were getting under the old system.
I have been the recipient of crappy PT myself, and I will never forget the feeling of being in a treatment and realizing how much this sucked and how it was not helping.
For me, physical therapy is about building a real relationship with my clients, bringing the right intensity to every single session, and performing at the top of my game to give my clients the best results.
If this resonates, I want to hear from you.

We’re Hiring a Physical Therapist!
Come Join Lane 4 PT on our mission to be the go to clinic for swimmers and endurance athletes in the US.
What Matters to Us
-
You love to run, swim, or bike so you can relate to and support our athletes.
-
Our patients often say things like “Never have we encountered a healthcare professional who goes above and beyond”
Are you willing to do this?
-
Despite being a niche practice, we see a wide range of injuries that require clinical excellence.
-
We're a performance-based clinic that values growth in every aspect of life.
We don’t believe in “maintaining”
-
Education is at the heart of what we do. Clear communication with clients and teammates is key to achieving great outcomes.
You Will Probably Love This If…
You'd rather spend real time with one athlete at a time for an hour than rush through three in that same window
You have your own endurance or athletic background, or you're genuinely obsessed with endurance sports
You bring energy and intensity to your work, not just competence
You want to help build something great, not just clock in at just another PT clinic
This Probably Isn’t For You If…
You like seeing multiple patients at once
You're looking for a low-intensity, low-accountability environment
Endurance sports mean nothing to you and you're not interested in learning
Interested? Let’s get in touch.
